Hosted installers are not published yet. Build locally with npm run gulp -- vscode-win32-x64 (or the mac/linux gulp targets), then sign in via the gateway.

After install: open Elido Cortex → Sign in → pick a model. Usage counts against Free / Pro / Pro+.
